Job Title: Product Marketing Manager, eCommerce Cloud
Job Description: The Product Marketing team consists of 250+ Product Marketers globally who define their talent by the Cloud products they specialize in and the messaging they deliver. This unique opportunity on the EMEA Product Marketing team places you at the heart of marketing innovation. You will drive messaging for – Commerce Cloud – to position as a trusted partner to business leaders across EMEA and to drive the rapid growth of Commerce Cloud in EMEA.
This role is crucial to ensuring that an inspiring and compelling Commerce Cloud value proposition is delivered crisply and consistently to target customers in Europe across multiple channels, events and enablement opportunities. This role will also ensure Commerce Cloud's go-to-market efforts are collaborative and connected to other Cloud products, Retail industry go-to-market efforts and individual country marketing plans.
Be the champion, evangelist and product marketing engine behind Commerce Cloud in the EMEA markets, focusing on the top countries by market opportunity.
Tailor marketing content to address the challenges that key buyer personas of digital and store commerce solutions (e.g., VP of E-Commerce, VP of Omni Channel, CMO, VP of Marketing, E-Commerce Director, VP Retail) face across the Commerce Cloud products.
Drive pipeline and growth for Commerce Cloud across EMEA while owning and monitoring pipeline numbers, top deals, attainment and other key data points.
Drive the collaboration between Commerce Cloud field marketing teams, Retail industry teams, regional marketing teams, other Cloud Product Marketing peers, and Headquarters to ensure a joined up, consistent and clear message across EMEA for Commerce Cloud's target persona profiles and go-to-market plans.
Create locally compelling content, messaging platforms and localised assets that fuel the demand generation engine by engaging and exciting customers.
Work with Sales, Solution Engineering and Sales Enablement to actively enable the field on Commerce Cloud propositions, stories and product updates and compile self-serve content to drive enablement at scale in EMEA.
Develop EMEA-based market research that fuels go-to-market planning, positioning adjustments, and compelling insights for sales teams and externally-facing assets
Further market position as an innovator and thought leader in the areas of eCommerce, Retail and Customer Experience
Support acceleration and closing of deals through product presentations in Executive Briefing meetings, Trade-shows and Sales meetings
Work with customers and partners to showcase their innovative use of product technologies through events, case studies and video
5+ years work experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management
Ability to operate in a fast-moving, fast-growing, ever-changing environment
Ideally knowledge of, or experience in, SaaS eCommerce, MarTech, AdTech, Analytics, Personalization, or Retail and B2C-focused software solutions
The ability to inspire a room of 3 or a hall of 2,000 through stellar public speaking and 1:1 persuasive storytelling skills
A bias for action and a comfort with numbers
Strong interpersonal skills – a blend of firmness and conviction with diplomacy and a constructive attitude
Master-guru skills level for positioning, thought leadership content and presentation creation
High energy, charismatic, innovative, and wildly creative – with the execution skills to make it all count
Knowledge of European languages or working in multiple European countries a huge plus
