Monday to Friday
Paying up to £20,000 per annum DOE

Our client in Wellingborough is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their organisation on a permanent basis.
Duties and responsibilities for the Customer Service Coordinator will include:
* Dealing with customer requests, queries and issues, ensuring an informed and proactive professional service at all times.
* Building relationships with customers.
* Providing information on Company policies, procedures, products and making recommendations and offering resolutions based upon customer requirements and Company policies.
* Ensuring orders are complete and accurate and where applicable arranging suitable credit or returns.
* Dealing with customer return procedure on a daily basis from point of receipt to satisfactory conclusion.
* Ensuring stock orders are processed.
* Ensuring you introduce yourselves to all your new customers within 24 hours of the new customer details being received.
* Any other duties or responsibilities as required by the demands of the business and appropriate to the grade and level of this role.
Skills and experience required for the Customer Service Coordinator includes:
* Experience in a similar customer driven role is essential
* Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
* The ability to build a rapport with a variety of different customers
* A competent user of Excel, Word and Outlook
* The ability to prioritise and remain organised at all times
* Excellent attention to detail is vital
