Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Job Description: A fantastic opportunity to utilise your organisation and administrative skills within this large well known financial organisation based in Moulton Park, Northampton.
Within this position you will be paid £.8.45 per hour, and will be required to be flexible between 8am – 8pm, for 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday on a temporary contract.
You will be required to carry out administrative duties such as data entry, sending out letters and liaising with 3rd parties and customers in regards to their application process to gain information and updates, writing standard letters and emails.
– Admin experience desirable
– Experience within an office based environment
– Great communication skills – verbal and written
– The ability and eagerness to learn efficiently
– A great work ethic and drive
– An ambition for development and learning
Due to the nature of the role, there will be certain checks involved, such as a credit check, data check and criminality check.
